The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected private corporation for the period 2014 – 2018. In the introduction, concepts and methods of financial analysis are explained on the basis of literature sources. There are mentioned reasons for financial analysis and its users. In the following analytical part, the company will be introduced and the financial analysis itself will be implemented using the indicators which were mentioned in the introduction. The results are interpreted verbally and they are based on the conclusions that should supposed to lead to suggestions that will have the potential to improve the financial situation of the company with respect to the future.

The bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation of the company and the proposal for its improvement" focuses on financial analysis of enterprises on the basis of the financial statements. Selected firm is Rapidoil Hako s.r.o., the name of the establishment: Třebovický mlýn in the year 2008-2012. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part describes the methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the practical part of the analyzed company. The obtained results from the practical part with design recommendations to improve the financial situation of the chosen company.

This bachelor’s thesis is concerned with floatation of the entrepreneurially plan whom the subject is foundation of MS SPORT Ltd. company which will distribute the shop with sporting goods, clothing and servicing of ski and snowboards. My plan contains the suggestions of organization, marketing, financial plan and calculation of the financial analysis. The aim of my work is data evaluation, feasibility and profitability of my plan.

The aim of this theses is to evaluate conditions of the selected business by means of the analyses of the internal and external environments, including the macroeconomic environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the financial and fundamental analysis and SWOT analysis for a selected period. Before the analysis execution is defined theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the principles of the analyses. The outcome of these parts are an implementation of executed analyses and information to a specific conditions of the company and a suggestion of the recommendations, which improves efficiency of the company.

This submitted bachelor dissertation deals with financial analysis of ....., between 2006 and 2008. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part of the work is described financial analysis, its implements and methods. In the practical part, is provided the analysis of accounting documents used for vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as the analysis by financial ratio indicators. At the end I provided the general survey of the financial situation and determined suggestions, that could improve its financial situation in firm.

The first part is theoretical, where the financial analysis and individual indicators are explained. The second part is analytical, where the indicators defined in the theoretical part are used to perform a financial analysis of the company. The last part contains suggestions for improving the situation of the company based on the results of the financial analysis.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on analysis of economic indicators of the company PAPco Ltd. by using statistical methods, on the basis of which then evaluates the company’s financial situation and also there will be made possible suggestions based on these results. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the theoretical parts will be processed basis used for statistical methods and also all basis necessary for processing the analysis of economic indicators. The analytical part contains analysis of economic indicators and prognosis of possible future developments of the company, which are processed using the selected statistical methods. Suggestion part contains recommendations that the company should fulfill in order to improve its financial situation.
